Protection of personal data
The company 2SCRi, whose registered office is located at 32 rue Jacobi Netter, Strasbourg (67200) (hereinafter the "Company" or "we") is aware of the importance of the protection of privacy and individual freedoms and undertakes to ensure their protection in compliance with the applicable law and in particular EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter "the Regulation") and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of the principles governing the way in which we collect, use and store your personal data.
We invite you to read it carefully. You will be informed of any major changes or updates to this notice.
1. Who is the data controller?
2CRSi as a data controller processes your personal data. The controller is the organization that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
If you are applying for a subsidiary of 2CRSi, we act as a joint controller with our subsidiary.
2. What data is collected?
Personal data is "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person".
In the context of recruitment management, we collect the following categories of data:
- Identification data: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number;
- Data relating to professional life: CV, covering letter, professional references (if any);
- Economic and financial data: salary expectations;
- Other: interview notes, candidate file form, evaluation grid of your profile.
Failure to provide these data will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.

4. What is the source of your data?
5. How long do we keep your data?
Data will be kept for as long as is necessary to complete the recruitment process. The data of successful candidates will be included in their administrative file and will be kept for the applicable retention period.
After having obtained their consent, where applicable, the data of candidates not selected for the employment contract will be kept exclusively for the purpose of supplying a CV library and, where applicable, to propose new job offers, for a period of 2 years.
6. Who has access to your data?
Your file is treated confidentially. The recipients of your personal data are :
- Internally, the management, the human resources department, the manager concerned by the recruitment, and for certain profiles the financial department;
- A subsidiary of 2CRSi concerned by the recruitment, if necessary;
- Our IT service providers;
- Recruitment platforms (e.g. APEC, Pôle-emploi, LinkedIn).
We inform you that your collected data may be subject to a transfer of personal data outside the European Union. However, we take all necessary measures to ensure that the recipients guarantee an adequate level of protection equivalent to national and European regulations, in particular by using standard contractual clauses and applying technical, organisational and legal measures to further control these transfers.
7. How do we protect your data?
We take all the necessary precautions with regard to the risks presented by human resources processing to preserve the security of personal data. In accordance with Article 32 of the Regulation, we have put in place logical, human, technical and organisational means to ensure their security and confidentiality.
8. What are your rights?
We have appointed the company EDOS located at 9 rue Schimper in Strasbourg (67000) as our data protection officer.
