DDR5 DIMM Chipsets
With a remarkable 50% increase in bandwidth, DDR5 achieves a data transfer rate of 4.8 GT/s, while DDR4 lags at 3.2 GT/s.
DDR5 operates at a lower voltage of 1.1v, compared to the 1.2v of DDR4. This advancement enables the DIMM to provide more precise control over power delivery, resulting in smoother, consistent, and reliable operation.
DDR5 supports memory densities of up to 256GB on a single memory slot, further enhancing its capabilities. As for frequency, DDR5 performs within the range of 2200 to 6400 MHz.
