As a proud player of the European Digital Sovereignty, 2CRSi was selected in 2021 by the European Commission to design and manufacture 100% european pilot systems based on RISC-V accelerators as a first step towards the realisation of a future operational european exascale systems.

 Gender Equality Index

 

Introduced by the French Government in 2018, all French companies with at least 50 employees must annually calculate and publish their gender equality index for the workplace. This index makes it possible to measure pay gaps and, where appropriate, to highlight areas for progress or corrective measures.

For this second year of publication, the calculation of the index has highlighted pay levels by category and salary increases that were more favorable to women than to men during the past year. 2CRSi is pleased to see that its female teams are valued in professions that are still very male-dominated and is continuing its efforts to promote professional equality between men and women. 2CRSi firmly believes in the richness of diversity and wants to popularize the tech professions among women.

 

In a nutshell:

In 2021 our gender equality index is 82/100

Indicator n°1: the average pay gap is 35/40

Indicator n°2: difference in the rate of individual increases is 25/35

Indicator n°3: increase in employees returning from maternity leave (NA)

Indicator n°4: the parity among employees with the 10 highest wages is 10/10.
